Group CFO succession

22 September 2025 - Further to the announcement of 30 April 2025 regarding the succession of the Group Chief Financial Officer, Zotefoams confirms that Nick Wright has joined the business as CFO Designate and has been appointed to the Board as Executive Director.

Nick will assume the role of CFO on 1 November 2025, following the retirement of Gary McGrath on 31 October 2025.
