Zegona hereby notifies that its capital as of 27 February 2026 comprised 231,562,802 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Zegona holds no shares in treasury and the total voting rights in Zegona as of 27 February 2026 were 231,562,802.

The above figure of 231,562,802 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Zegona under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
