Notice of Annual General Meeting

Zegona today announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday 24^th September 2025.  A Circular to Shareholders (the "Circular") containing a Notice of AGM has been posted today.  

Capitalised terms that are not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Circular.

Details on each of the Resolutions to be put forward at the AGM are set out in the Circular.

National Storage Mechanism

A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at https://www.zegona.com/.
