Notice of General Meeting

 

Zanaga Iron Ore Company ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM:ZIOC) confirms that, further to the announcement on 23 November 2022, the Notice of General Meeting and accompanying shareholder circular relating to the proposed acquisition of Glencore Projects Pty Limited's 50% plus one share interest in Jumelles Limited have been posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP at Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BR on 13 December 2022 at 9.00 a.m. (GMT).
