Zalemark Holding Co. Inc., would like to inform the Shareholders at this time that CEO Xia Wu (Lisa) resigned her position as CEO as of October 1, 2022. Zalemark Holding Co. Inc. would also like to introduce to all the Shareholders at this time, the New CEO of the Company "ZMRK" -  Mr. Yang Li, who was the VP of Business Development of the company.
