Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company hereby announces that its total issued equity share capital as at 30 November 2024 consists of 208,355,415 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each, all of which carry one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 208,355,415.

This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
