Chairman succession

 

XPS Pensions Group plc announces the appointment of Alan Bannatyne as permanent Chairman effective today, having served as Interim Chairman since 8^th September 2022. A robust selection process and consultation of major shareholders was completed, with the support of an external recruitment agent.

 

Margaret Snowdon, OBE has been appointed as permanent Senior Independent Director, and Sarah Ing has been appointed as permanent Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, also effective today.

 

The Nomination Committee have commenced the process to identify and appoint an additional Non-Executive Director and the Company will provide an update in due course.

 

Alan Bannatyne also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Robert Walters plc.
