Xcelplus Announces New Distributor for China

SALUDA, Va., (March 28, 2005) Pink Sheets- Xcelplus International Inc (Pink Sheets: XLPI), Xcelplus International (http://xcelplus.com) announced today that a company in Shenzhen China, SINOAUTO Industrial Company, will be the new distributor of Xcelplus products for all of China. SINOAUTO has for years distributed various engine treatment products in China, to only drop them while searching for a more credible product. Xcelplus introduced their product line to this group at the trade show in Las Vegas November of 2003, and Bill Smith, CEO of Xcelplus just returned from a trip to China in negotiating this distributorship Mr. Guan, the president and chairman of SINOAUTO Industrial Company, looked for products for months and years before looking at Xcelplus. After extensive review of the Xcelplus products and sample testing, Mr. Guan decided that it would be beneficial for his company to become the exclusive distributor for the Xcelplus' product line. Distribution will begin with launching of Xcelplus products such as engine treatment kits, automatic transmission treatments and gradually add other products offered by Xcelplus such as heavy-duty and car care products, with further addition of industrial and specialty products as the market develops. Currently, SINOAUTO has over 100 salesmen on the road covering all of China, including Hong Kong, and have added 20 more salesmen to be specifically trained on the sales and marketing of Xcelplus products in building a dealer and distributorship network in China.
