2023 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Xaar plc ("Xaar", the "Group" or the "Company"), the leading inkjet printing technology group, announces that it has today published the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report"), which contains the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 29 May 2024 at 9.30am.
