WOWI Inc. licenses branding and trade mark to Commerce City, Colorado dispensary

WOW it finally happened! After years of operating in Colorado WORLD OF WEED/WOWI Inc. finally licenses it's first dispensary located at 5433 Quebec Street, Commerce City, Colorado 80022. "We felt it was time after tiering our farm up to a tier II and fostering an incredible outdoor crop for two seasons it was time to maximize the WORLD OF WEED brand and further execute our business plan to brand to the retail household client." Says Mr. Anthony C. Russo CEO of WOWI Inc. with a smile on his face. A partnership bought the dispensary in January 2022, (Anthony C. Russo a part of ownership group), and they took over ownership on March 1st 2022. WOWI Inc. immediately gave a temporary license for the store branding under WORLD OF WEED along with branding of all legal and compliant THC product under the WOW banner. This is a huge and bold move for WOWI as it just completed a payoff of around $600,000 to complete the acquisition of the farm at 5715 Red Creek Springs Road East. When asked about the timing Mr. Russo said, " It seemed to be the perfect time, we felt the market for wholesale was going to remain soft for some time as inventory was very heavy after last years outdoor season and we always knew that the maximizing of the WORLD OF WEED brand was obviously to the retail client. I felt this deal ,that had presented itself to us since 2018, was just right for us to execute across the board and I also felt strongly any deal  short of us finally paying a long litigated settlement agreement didn't make sense for WOWI Inc. It is because of that final payment that I was more than comfortible moving forward as a fiduciary for WOWI Inc.".

WOWI Inc. has seen sales of the commerce city WORLD OF WEED branded store increase from 60% to 120% month to month from the previous brand. It shows the World Of Weed name holds some traction in it's home state of Colorado. "We were born in Colorado and Colorado will take care of us.", says Mr. Russo.

WOWI will be pressing all marketing and sales buttons to keep competing for our clients hard earned dollars.
