Share Admission Application & Total Voting Rights

World Chess Plc (LSE:CHSS) is pleased to announce that 201,868,099 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each (the "Subscription Shares") have now been issued in respect of the previously announced subscription agreements.

Application is being made for the 201,868,099 Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange which is expected to be on or around 30 March 2026. These shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.  Following the issue of the 201,868,099 Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital shall consist of 1,089,806,579 ordinary shares.

This figure of 1,089,806,579 represents the total voting rights in the Company and should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance & Transparency Rules.
