DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Geneva, 5 July 2022: Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 13 September 2022.

Further details of the Annual General Meeting will be included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be sent out in due course.
