WINNING BRANDS CORPORATION RECEIVES PINK CURRENT INFORMATION TIER AT OTC MARKETS

Winning Brands Corporation, Delaware, (OTC:WNBD) reports that it has today been granted the Pink Current Information Tier by OTC Markets.

Qualification for Pink Current Information Tier status contributes to liquidity for eligible entities. It is earned by meeting disclosure provisions of the Alternative Reporting Standards that are administered by OTC Markets.  WNBD has met these requirements.

Winning Brands Corporation CEO, Eric Lehner, comments, "The Pink Current Information tier signals good standing with the OTC Markets under the Alternative Reporting Standard, as far as disclosure is concerned.  This demonstrates management commitment to best practices in the ARS."

Winning Brands Corporation (Delaware) is a holding company with subsidiary interests in the chemical sector (specialty cleaning products sold by retailers) and specialized high-tech systems (gesture controlled interactive immersive experiences used by institutions).  The lead consumer product website for 1000+ Stain Remover is www.1000PlusStainRemover.com.  The lead gesture controlled interactive immersive experiences, called GestureTek, can be seen at www.GestureTekHealth.com

Mr. Lehner concludes - "We are looking forward to a come-back on a number of fronts, compared to our recent quiet period.  We will share more forward looking plans as soon as possible."
