representation for its GestureTek immersive experiences in South Korea.  An order has
been received for the first GestureTek ScreenFX system in this new relationship.
The GestureTek system will be delivered to Seoul, for showroom use.

Winning Brands Corporation acquired GestureTek patent protection rights and
GestureTek's business legacy in 2022 with the intention to create a technology division
for WNBD. GestureTek technology creates gesture-controlled interactive
