Sprott Resource Corp. announces date for 2014 first quarter conference call and Annual General Meeting

TORONTO, May 6, 2014 /CNW/ - Sprott Resource Corp. (TSX:SCP) today announced that it will host a conference call on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss its 2014 first quarter financial results. Steve Yuzpe, CEO of Sprott Resource Corp., will chair the call. The Company plans to release its financial results at 5:00 pm ET Tuesday, May 13, 2014.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 12:00 noon ET at the Toronto Region Board of Trade at 77 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
