In addition Coastal has effected a reverse stock split of its\noutstanding shares of common stock at a ratio of 1 for 2,500 as part of an\neffort to improve capitalization structure.\n\nThe Name Change and Reverse Stock\nSplit was announced by FINRA on February 6, 2017, and effected on February 7,\n2017. The symbol on OTCPink will be COLVD for 20 business days from February 7,\n2017. The symbol will then be changed to SMPI pending availability.
