(TSX-V:\nVM) (OTC Pink: VYYRF) (the \"Company\" or\n\"Voyageur\"), a Canadian developer of pharmaceutical-grade barium\nand iodine for medical imaging contrast media, is pleased to announce\nindependent laboratory test results for its barium sulfate active\npharmaceutical ingredient (API). This testing was completed as part of\nthe Alberta Innovates AICE-Market Access Program as previously\nannounced on February 5 and March 4, 2025. Voyageur anticipates\ncompleting the first stage of this project after manufacturing batches\nof new product using Frances Creek barium sulfate and then moving to\nstage two, unlocking additional non-dilutive funding. The API barite\nwas sourced from the Company’s Frances Creek barite property in\nBritish Columbia. Results achieved purity, full USP compliance,\nsuccessful micronization, and management of Voyageur believes the\nupcoming patient trial may confirm a path to commercial use of natural\nbarium sulfate API.\n\n\n \n\n\nTesting by SGS Laboratories, located in Mississauga,\nOntario (\"SGS\"), confirmed purity, with % BaSO₄ assay results\nranging from 98.1% to 99.4% across multiple samples, above the USP\nmonograph requirement of 97.5%. Several batches achieved 99.1% to\n99.4% purity, with an average grade of 98.8%. All samples fully passed\nthe complete suite of USP monograph tests, including identification,\npH, loss on drying, limit of soluble barium salts (NMT 0.001%),\nacid-soluble substances, sulfides, and microbiological requirements.\nUSP <232> elemental impurities testing showed heavy metal levels\nsignificantly lower than the USP specifications.
