Volution Group plc - Change of Auditor

 

Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company") (LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that, following a competitive tender process, it intends to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor for the financial year commencing 1 August 2023. 

 

The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting. 

Ernst & Young LLP, the Company's current auditor, will undertake the audit of the Group and Company for the financial year ending 31 July 2023, completing its tenure as auditor of the Group.

Volution would like to thank Ernst & Young LLP for its significant contribution during its time as auditor.
