Termination of Proposed Transaction

Visum Technologies Plc (AQSE: VIS), a video capture technology company with a global focus on the leisure sector, announces that, in relation to the Heads of Terms ("HoT") to acquire the Socrates Imaging BV and Socrates Imaging Ltd. ("Proposed Transaction"), the parties by mutual agreement decided to discontinue negotiations and terminate the HoT with immediate effect.

The Company remains committed to further M&A activity as previously announced and will provide further updates when suitable.
