Visum Technologies Plc (AQSE: VIS), a video technology firm specializing in the worldwide leisure sector, is pleased to announce it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 2:00 p.m. (London Time) on 5 February 2025 at 72 Charlotte Street, London W1T 4QQ.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will also be available on the Company's website.
