In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9, the Company hereby gives notification that Alice Elizabeth Woodwark, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Chief Executive Officer of Vp plc with effect from 1 February 2026.

There are no further disclosures required under UK Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
