Block Admission Application to AIM

("Virgin Wines" or the "Company")

 

Virgin Wines announces an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the Virgin Wines Long Term Incentive Plan. It is expected that admission will become effective on 17 November 2023.

When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company.
