Notice of General Meeting

Videndum plc (Videndum) announces that it has convened a General Meeting of shareholders to be held at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 28 July 2025 to be held at Regus Heathrow, 450 Bath Road, Longford, Heathrow, West Drayton UB7 0EB.  The General Meeting is to consider a resolution to amend the Directors' Remuneration Policy. In compliance with Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3, the Notice of General Meeting has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism.
