Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

Videndum plc announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2024.

The following documents will be sent to shareholders:

·      Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and the 2025 Notice of AGM are also available to view on the Videndum website at www.videndum.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will in due course be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.

The Company's AGM will be held at 2.00pm on Monday, 16 June 2026 at Hilton London Syon Park, Park Road, Isleworth, TW8 8JF.
