VGTel, Inc. (OTC:VGTL) Proceeds with Astronomy Pilot Program at Apache Elementary School in Arizona

Lander, WY – June 3, 2025, VGTel, Inc. (OTC: VGTL) is pleased to provide an update on the previously announced astronomy pilot program at Apache Elementary School in Arizona, confirming that the program is now moving forward. The pilot will bring interactive, real-time astronomy experiences directly into the classroom, reinforcing VGTel’s commitment to expanding access to the wonders of the universe for students and educators.

Located in Cochise County, Apache Elementary School is a rural Title I school known for its close-knit community and focus on providing unique educational experiences. Through this pilot program, students will gain live access to telescope feeds hosted in Australia, allowing them to witness major celestial events during their school day, and to explore the universe in a way that has never been possible in the traditional classroom.

Additionally, VGTel will deploy its solar camera system at Apache Elementary, providing a daily timelapse of the Sun’s activity that will stream to the school’s digital information board. This feature will be accessible not only to students and teachers, but also to faculty, staff, and parents, sparking conversations and curiosity throughout the entire community.

Ms. Loy Guzman, Superintendent of Apache Elementary School, expressed her excitement for the program:

“Yes, we are bringing interactive, real-time astronomy to our students. We believe this program will not only enhance our STEM curriculum, but also inspire curiosity and critical thinking in our students. The opportunity to witness the universe in real-time is something truly special. As this school year just ended, I’m already looking forward to bringing this program to life in the fall of 2025”

Arizona has long been recognized for its leadership in astronomy and space science. Home to prestigious programs like the University of Arizona’s Lunar and Planetary Laboratory and the Lowell Observatory, the state has a rich history of investing in space education and research. VGTel’s astronomy initiative aligns with state-supported STEM curriculum enhancements and grant opportunities that prioritize hands-on learning in science and technology.

“This program is more than just an astronomy class, it’s a bridge to a bigger universe for these students,” said Ken Williams, CEO of VGTel, Inc. “The universe has a lot of answers for everyone, and we’re proud to support Apache Elementary in bringing this experience to life. We look forward to expanding this model to more schools across Arizona and beyond.”

As VGTel continues to move forward with the pilot program, the company is also exploring additional opportunities in astronomy-based tourism and remote telescope rentals, further expanding its vision to make the cosmos accessible to all.
