Correction: Apache Elementary School to Serve as National Grant Hub for VGTel’s K-12 Real-Time Astronomy Program

VGTel, Inc.  (OTC:VGTL) Outlines National Education Grant Strategy to Support K–12 Real-Time Astronomy Program

Lander, Wyoming – July 22, 2025 – VGTel, Inc. (OTC: VGTL), a publicly traded aerospace and atmospheric technology company, today provided an update on its K–12 Real-Time Astronomy Program and outlined its strategic efforts to engage nonprofit educational institutions in support of nationwide STEM grant opportunities.

As part of this initiative, VGTel is exploring collaborations with qualified 501(c)(3) schools and educational organizations to serve as fiscal conduits for federal, state, and private STEM education grants. These partnerships will allow the company to accelerate deployment of real-time astronomical systems into classrooms while enhancing national competitiveness in science and education.

“By aligning with the right nonprofit institutions, we can responsibly access grant capital to build out our K–12 astronomy program,” said Ken Williams, CEO of VGTel. “It’s about transforming classrooms into observatories while also creating scalable value for our investors.”

          Democratizing Space Exploration for Students

VGTel’s K–12 Real-Time Astronomy Program is designed to bring live space observation into classrooms across America, using a combination of international telescope hosting facilities and custom-configured open-source software. Students will be able to observe galaxies, nebulae, and planetary events in real time, connecting textbook theory to tangible cosmic phenomena.

These experiences not only inspire STEM curiosity, but also support measurable improvements in focus, academic performance, and cognitive development.

“We’re not just showing students the stars—we’re showing them their future,” added Williams. “Programs like this help improve test scores, ignite critical thinking, and spark long-term interest in science and discovery.”

Grant Infrastructure and Path Forward

In June, VGTel engaged Squared Compass, a seasoned grant-writing firm with a strong track record of winning federal and private education grants. The firm is actively preparing proposals and frameworks to support the astronomy initiative, including outreach to rural schools and underserved regions.

While VGTel had early discussions with several nonprofit schools. including one in Arizona, it will hold off on any formal public announcements until written agreements and board-level approvals are finalized.

“We’re in the early stages of identifying the right nonprofit partners, and we want to be respectful and thorough in how we proceed,” said Williams. “That said, our pipeline is active, and we anticipate announcing formal collaborations in the near future.”

Long-Term Vision and Shareholder Value

By leveraging the nonprofit education grant ecosystem, VGTel is pursuing a dual strategy: fulfilling its public mission to support education and space science, while also generating long-term commercial and shareholder value.

With a roadmap focused on multi-state classroom deployments, real-time sky monitoring, and grant-backed growth, the company believes it is well positioned to unlock millions in  capital over the next 12 to 24 months.
