Lander, Wyoming – July 22, 2025 – VGTel, Inc. (OTC: VGTL), a publicly traded aerospace and atmospheric technology company, proudly announces that Apache Elementary School, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit institution located in Arizona, will now serve as a national grant hub for VGTel’s groundbreaking K-12 Real-Time Astronomy Program.
This strategic partnership opens the door to a wide array of federal, state, and private STEM education grants, enabling VGTel to deliver real-time space observation technology to schools across the country. By utilizing Apache’s nonprofit status, VGTel enhances its eligibility and credibility in the education grant ecosystem while remaining focused on shareholder value and scientific innovation.
The K-12 Real-Time Astronomy Program is designed to bring live space exploration directly into classrooms using an Australian Commercial Telescope Hosting Facility, and VGTel’s strategic open source software configuration. Students will have the unique ability to observe galaxies, stars, and celestial events in real-time, bridging science fiction and science fact through immersive, hands-on learning.
“Partnering with a nonprofit like Apache Elementary gives us the credibility and structure needed to access major funding streams,” said Ken Williams, CEO. “This is about democratizing access to space science whilst enhancing shareholder equity.”
This grant-based approach provides VGTel with capital to expand its programs. By raising money through educational channels, the company simultaneously strengthens its public mission and commercial scalability.
“This collaboration sets a blueprint for how publicly traded companies can tap into nonprofit ecosystems to fund meaningful innovation,” said Ken Williams, CEO. “We’re creating value for students, educators, and shareholders alike.”
Squared Compass Grant Writers Onboard
Last month, VGTel announced their contract with Squared Compass, a leading grant-writing firm with a successful track record in Grant funding. Their team is now actively pursuing and preparing proposals utilizing Apache Elementary and VGTel’s in-house development efforts.
This synergy between a qualified nonprofit, expert grant consultants, and VGTel’s technological assets makes the company uniquely positioned to secure millions in funding over the coming 12–24 months.
VGTel’s educational programs are designed to inspire curiosity, improve academic performance, and support the mental development of K-12 students through direct engagement with space science. By introducing astronomy into classrooms, students gain a sense of wonder about the universe that translates into stronger critical thinking, improved focus, and enhanced problem-solving skills.
