VG Life Sciences, Inc. Issues Audit Update and Future Intentions

New York, NY (December 11, 2024) VG Life Sciences, Inc. (“VGLS” or the “Company”), has released a statement to update shareholders on the Company’s audit.

In a statement released today, the Company is confirming that the Company’s auditor, Fruci & Associates, will complete the 2023 audit prior to the end of December 2024. It is the intent of the Company and its auditor to then quickly complete the 2024 audit. 

Subsequent to the completion of both the 2023 and 2024 audits, the Company will file a Form 10 registration statement to once again become a fully reporting Company. 

After the Form 10 is effective, it is the Company’s intent to complete a transaction that will deliver value to shareholders.
