Further to the Group's results for the year ended 31 December 2021 published on 17 May 2022 (RNS: 6900L) the Board of VLG confirms that the Annual General Meeting of Venture Life will be held on 20 June 2022 at 10.00am at the offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP, Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS.
