Further to the Group's results for the year ended 31 December 2022 published on 4 April 2023 (RNS: 2432V) the Board of VLG confirms that the Annual General Meeting of Venture Life will be held on 22 May 2023 at 10.00am at the offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP, Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS.
