Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2022 ("Annual Report") together with Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted in hard copy form to those shareholders who have elected to receive correspondence by post.

Other shareholders have been sent a letter (or email, for those shareholders who have notified the Company they wish to receive electronic communications) to notify them that the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available at the following link: https://www.velocity-composites.com/investors/reports/ .

The AGM will be held at 10.00am on 28 February 2023 at the Company's offices, AMS Technology Park, Billington Rd, Burnley BB11 5UB.
