Publication of 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

London - 14 March 2025 - Vanquis Banking Group plc announces that the following documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism later today:

-      2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements; and

-      Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held at 1pm on 14 May 2025 at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JJ.
