Traverse Television Networks (Traverse) and Providence Films have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on a groundbreaking venture aimed at securing funding for media-related projects. The MOU, outlines the key terms and conditions of the partnership between the two entities.

Under the terms of the MOU, Traverse will leverage its extensive industry connections and influence to introduce Providence Films to potential financiers, with the goal of securing up to Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000) in funding for various media ventures. These ventures encompass a wide range of audio, video, and print mediums, necessitating external financial support for commercial sale, distribution, or development.

In return, Providence Films has granted Traverse the first right of refusal for the development, distribution, or sale of any projects, content, or events resulting from these introductions. The partnership underscores a commitment to mutual cooperation and shared success in the ever-evolving landscape of media production and distribution.

The MOU delineates several general terms to guide the partnership, including provisions for best efforts, professional etiquette, and dispute resolution. Both parties have affirmed their dedication to conducting all interactions in accordance with industry standards and practices, fostering a culture of professionalism and respect.
