FY 2021 Results

 

Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), is pleased to announce the publication of its audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021 ("2021 Report").

 

A copy of the 2021 Report will be posted to shareholders and will be available to view at the following link: http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/8590N_1-2022-6-6.pdf , the 2021 Report will also be made available on the Company's website https://uplandres.com/financial/

 

 

A copy of the 2021 Report will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

 

The Company also wishes to advise that it has published its interim results for the 6-month period ending 31 December 2021 a copy of which will be available to view at the following link http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/8590N_2-2022-6-6.pdf and also on the Company's website.

 

Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting will be announced shortly.

 

The Company will now immediately apply to the Financial Conduct Authority ("the FCA") for full restoration of trading and lifting of the temporary suspension which was put in place on 04/01/2022 at the request of the Company.
