URHG enters Student Housing Market

United Resource Holdings Group, Inc (Pinksheet URHG) announced 11/28/2022 that it has signed a term sheet to enter the Student Housing market and develop a platform in student housing of 25,000 beds over the next three years. As part of this plan, we will seek additional equity and long-term debentures.  United Student Housing is currently working to acquire 4,500 beds existing and 2,000 beds under development across 21 properties in 11 States. 

According to Peter Dauterman “Working with URHG and experience student housing developers will give us the platform to build a $+ billion company in the student housing market. This is a $100 billion market and $300 million in assets is a great start.”
