Mountain Home update

The Board of Directors have decided to take an offer to sell the Mountain Home note between United Resource Holdings Group, Inc and Jett Consulting, LLC for a small premium to the value on the books.  Due primarily to the litigation between parties in Jett Consulting LLC. The sale is expected to be completed by July 31, 2023. We expect to close out this investment by December 31, 2024.
