CPA Review of the past two year financials

United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (Pinksheet-"URHG") December 5, 2022, has postponed the annual meeting until we have received the CPA Review of the past two years financials.  This Review will allow us to raise $1,070,000 on new capital on a Crowd Funding Platform. We will give shareholders at least 15 days notice once the CPA Review is complete.
