ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 300,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The Block listing is for 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each under The Unite Group plc Restricted Share Plan and 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each under The Unite Group plc Performance Share Plan.

It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00a.m. on 13 April 2026.
