Statement Re: Result of AGM

25 NOVEMBER 2022 - In accordance with the provisions of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code, following the AGM on 25 May 2022 when the Company announced that 43.95% of votes were cast against Special Resolution 14 (to authorise the Board to allot or sell equity securities for cash) and 24.44% of votes were cast against Special Resolution 16 (to authorise the Company to make market purchases of its own shares), the Company reports that members of the Board have since engaged with our major shareholders who voted against the resolutions and have received their feedback, which will be incorporated into the Board's considerations and communications in the lead up to the next AGM in 2023.
