Board Committee Membership Changes

Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes to the membership of the committees of its board of directors:

●    Claire Davenport has been appointed as Chair of the Trust & Transparency Committee with effect from 1 January 2024 to replace Carolyn Jameson, Chief Trust Officer and Chief Consumer Officer;

●    Angela Seymour-Jackson has stepped down from her role as Non-Executive Director responsible for workforce engagement and as a member of the Trust & Transparency Committee with effect from 11 October 2023;

●    Joe Hurd has been appointed as the Non-Executive Director responsible for workforce engagement and a member of the Remuneration Committee, and has stepped down as a member of the Trust & Transparency Committee each with effect from 11 October 2023; and

●    Rachel Kentleton has stepped down as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 11 October 2023.

Following the changes detailed above, the membership of the board committees will be as follows:

1.     Claire Davenport's appointment as Chair of the Trust & Transparency Committee will take effect from 1 January 2024.
