Announcement of partnership between Satago Financial Solutions Limited ("Satago") and Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc ("DF Capital")

TruFin is pleased to announce that Satago has entered into a contractual partnership with DF Capital, a specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK. The partnership will provide DF Capital's customers with additional access to invoice discounting as an alternative and/or supplement to their existing inventory finance borrowing requirements.

Under the partnership agreement, DF Capital will be given the opportunity to provide working capital to Satago's own book customers and its existing platform partners' customers.  Satago will provide DF Capital, and its customers, access to its proprietary lending technology and proven operational capability, administering this additional lending on behalf of DF Capital.

This partnership increases the number of third-party lenders that trust Satago to deliver mission critical results for their clients. Shareholders will be further updated as to progress with this and other partnerships at TruFin's Full Year results in March.
