Director Shareholding
Tribal, a leading provider of software and services to the international education management market, announces that on 16 December 2022 Richard Last, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction Richard Last has a beneficial interest in 3,095,726 Ordinary Shares.
In addition Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares. Following the transaction Roger McDowell has a beneficial interest in 3,975,726 Ordinary Shares.
