Dividend Declaration

As indicated in the Final Results announcement published on 12 June 2023, the Board of Triad Group Plc (the "Company") is proposing a final dividend of 4.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2023.

Subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 26 July 2023, the final dividend will be paid on 11 August 2023 to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 17 July 2023.
