In accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, the company was notified on 29 January 2024 of the exercise of options by the following PDMR, under the 2020 Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ("SAYE"), details of which are below.
The SAYE is an all-employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in January 2015. The options are exercisable at the end of a three-year saving plan.
