Trainline plc (the "Company") announces the appointment of Marie Lalleman as Independent Non-executive Director of the Company with​​ effect from 17 January 2024. Marie will also join Trainline's Audit and Risk, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Brian McBride, Chair of Trainline, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Marie to the Board. Marie, who is based in France, brings a wealth of experience from her leadership roles at Nielsen, in particular data-driven strategic growth. Marie's deep knowledge of consumer behaviours, particularly in Europe, will further enhance the Boards expertise as Trainline expands its European presence."

Marie is currently a Non-executive Director at Criteo SA and Patrizia SE.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 and LR 9.6.13.
