RESULT OF AGM

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed. The results of the proxy voting will be available on the Company's website in due course, www.touchstarplc.com.

In conjunction with today's Annual General Meeting of shareholders, Touchstar announces an update on trading for the five-month period ended 31^st May 2024 (YTD).

·    Trading remained buoyant with YTD trading ahead of budget.

·    Order Intake YTD is running 15% above the prior year.

·    Margins remain healthy.

·    As previously indicated the Company expects financial results for the full year 2024 to be second half weighted.

·    Board remains comfortable with market expectations for the 12 months ending 31^st December 2024

·    The next formal update to shareholders is anticipated to be the release of the Company's interim results scheduled for mid - September.
