Titon Holdings PLC 01 October 2002 Titon Holdings PLC Appoints Non-Executive Director Titon Holdings PLC, leading manufacturer and supplier of ventilation equipment and window and door hardware, announces today that Emeritus Professor Patrick O'Sullivan is appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company. His appointment commences with immediate effect. Emeritus Professor O'Sullivan OBE, C.Eng, FinstE, HonFRIBA, MIOA, is currently holder of the Haden-Pilkington Chair of Environmental Engineering and Design at the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies, University College, London. He held the post of Chairman of BRAC for two years 2000-2001 and has also been a Director of P O'Sullivan & Co and Castle Court Ltd. Titon Holdings PLC Chairman, John Anderson, said: 'We are delighted that Emeritus Professor O'Sullivan has agreed to join the Board of Titon Holdings PLC. Throughout his distinguished career, he has been an academic advisor to Governments and Industry, as well as having examining, teaching, and senior administrative roles in Universities.
