Thruvision Group plc (AIM: THRU), the specialist provider of 'safe distance' people-screening technology to the international security market, announces that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") as the auditor of the Company and its subsidiaries.

In accordance with section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006 the Company notes, for information purposes only, that it has received a statutory statement from Grant Thornton UK LLP ("GT") in connection with their resignation.  This statement confirmed that GT resigned following the tender process and that they had nothing else that they wished to bring to the attention of the Company's shareholders in conjunction with their resignation.
