In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that as at the close of business on 1 June 2022 its issued share capital consisted of 1,221,278,967 ordinary shares of 0.005 each  ("OrdinaryShares"). The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The Ordinary Shares are voting shares (each such Ordinary Share carries one vote per Ordinary Share) and are admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange under the International Securities Identification Number GB00BMTV7393.
