The Company confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Annual Report") have today been posted, or otherwise made available, to the Company's shareholders.

A copy of the 2023 Annual Report is available to view on the Company's website at:

In accordance with LR 14.3.6 and DTR 6.3.5(1A), a copy of the 2023 Annual Report will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in unedited full text and will shortly be available for inspection at:

As detailed in the 2023 Annual Report, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("Meeting") will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Monday 24 June 2024 at The Bowdon Rooms, The Firs, Bowdon, Altrincham WA14 2TQ. The Notice of Meeting will be published and distributed to the Company's shareholders in due course.
